RoarTools provides a collection of free browser-based image and document processing tools. These include image resize, compress, crop, rotate, flip, and format conversion tools. We also provide PDF merge, split, compress, rotate, and conversion tools. A significant focus of our tools is on exam-specific presets for Indian government exam application forms, including SSC, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, RRB, APPSC, TSPSC, TNPSC, MPSC and many more.

All processing is performed locally in your browser using browser-native APIs and open-source JavaScript libraries. No images or documents are sent to our servers. This service is provided "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We may add, modify or remove tools and features at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability and uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Acceptable Use

RoarTools is designed to help people resize, compress and convert images and documents for legitimate personal, educational and professional purposes.

You MAY:

• Use all tools for personal use, including preparing exam application photos and documents
• Use all tools for educational and academic purposes
• Use tools for professional purposes such as processing your own business images
• Process your own images, photographs, signatures and documents

• Use the tools for commercial work involving your own content
• Access tools from any country and on any compatible device

You MAY NOT:

• Use automated scripts, bots or crawlers to mass-access or scrape this service
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or interfere with the service

Exam specifications, photo dimension requirements and file size limits displayed on this website are sourced from official government examination websites, which are publicly available information. We compile and present this information as a reference aid for applicants.

You retain full ownership of any images or documents you process using RoarTools. We claim no rights, license or interest in your images, photographs, signatures or any other content you process through our tools. Your content is processed locally in your browser and is never seen by us.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoarTools is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or bug-free at all times
• That output image files will be accepted by any specific exam portal or government website
• That the image dimensions, KB values or format settings we display are current or accurate for your specific exam notification
• That the service will meet your specific requirements or produce results suitable for any particular purpose
• That technical issues in your browser, device or operating system will not affect processing results

We always recommend verifying the current image and document specifications directly on the official exam website before submitting your application. Portal requirements can and do change between recruitment cycles, sometimes without prominent notice.

Since RoarTools is a free service, our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is zero. Use the tool at your own discretion, and always keep a backup of your original images before processing.
